Bailey's Livestock Services
All terms and conditions for hiring livestock services will be clearly outlined in the contract that is to be signed prior to the commencement of services. This ensures that both parties are aligned and fully understand their responsibilities and expectations. Please review the contract carefully before signing to ensure smooth and successful partnership.
Bailey's Equestrian Services
Yard Work:
All terms and conditions will be outlined within the contract that must be signed prior to the commencement of services.
Behaviour and Nutrition Consultations:
Payment is due promptly upon receipt of the invoice. If payment is not received within 30 days, a 10% late fee will be added to the original fee for each month the payment is overdue. If payment remains unpaid for 6 months, the company reserves the right to take legal action to recover the outstanding amount.
Full Payment Requirement:
All payments must be made in full, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
Cancellations made between 2 and 24 hours before the arranged time will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled service time will incur an 80% cancellation fee.
The company reserves the right to request vaccination and prior medical history of the animal for any reason, that there is an issue that could cause injury, illness or distress to the animal, if neglect is suspected or for any other reason, provided sufficient reason for this request. The company reserves the right to cancel the current and any prior appointment/session made with the client if this information is declined.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the breed, age, behavioural problems and medial issues, if requested by the company or any of its employees.
Though the company will take appropriate precautions, working with animals is dangerous work and can oftentimes be unpredictable. The client acknowledges this risk and that the company is not responsible for any damages, injury or illness caused by or to the animal. The company also acknowledges this risk and will not press any legal action for injury or illness caused to staff by the animal.
